Home Gyms


For most, it's a difficult task leaving the house and heading to the gym on a daily basis. Not only is it time consuming but it can also be uncomfortable exercising in a room of complete strangers.

One of the biggest obstacles with home gyms is space. Exercise equipment can be bulky. In many cases the only room in the house available for exercising is the spare room. Unfortunately, the spare room often houses a spare bed, desk, TV, or simply just boxes of storage. How on earth could you add a piece of exercise equipment?

With a little imagination and creativity, you can have the best of all worlds. Contracting a designer to optimize your room and design the best solution for your needs can be worth it's weight in gold. The "clutter" room can be transformed into usable space simply by adding a built in desk, shelving, and Murphy Bed. With the added floor space a treadmill or weight system can easily add function to the room and piece of mind to your workout.
